Last Day Brings Everyone Together From kindergarten to 12th grade, all of Liberty's students gather for the "Last Day" festivities, including academic awards, yearbook signing, tug-of-war contests, and ice cream treats! Here's a glimpse of the happiest -- and the saddest -- day of the year . . .
Liberty Students Love Their Grandparents
It's a Liberty tradition! Each spring, we host a special day just for grandparents, where students proudly demonstrate the amazing skills and knowledge they're learning. Of course after the program, we share a cup of coffee or punch and a treat. To see some of the upper school's "grand" guests, click Grandparents' Day '10 Photos.
Memorable Moments Inside the Den: To Know Them is to Love Them . . .
One of the most frequent comments made by parents is how deeply the teachers know -- and truly love -- the students. Our teachers make it their mission to know each child's learning style, interests, strengths and weaknesses, and they adjust their teaching approaches accordingly. It's one of the advantages of small classroom sizes, to be sure, but it's also the benefit of godly, passionate teachers! Isn't it reassuring to know your precious grandchild is known and loved this way?
